WARDEN pouch is our play on classic leather bags. Big, short and has a speedsquare slot in between bags. It shares similarities with our flagship PARK RANGER for exterior and interior layout and comes standard with front pencil/drill bit and rear tool pockets. Customisation allows you to choose how many fastener pockets it has on the outside. Warden pouches are asymetric, meaning that non dominant side pouch is slighty bigger than dominant side. Speedsquare slot is reinforced with fiberglass frame and fits 7.5" SQUIJIG FUSION speedsquare. Top to bottom this pouch is about 13" 33cm

POUCH STIFFNESS - Main pouch can be made in 2 different variations that will drastically change the feel of it, but both of these options have their benefits and tradeoffs. This all depends on your preferences, what do you need your toolbelt for and work type/environment.
SOFT SHELL - is regular 2 layer fabric construction that is very durable, but once loaded heavy might have some sag and folding. It still stays very spacious inside, can fit a lot of tools and fasteners and is very easy to move around when going through tight gaps, working inside. This might be advantage for framers, remodelers, people working in finished spaces.
HARD SHELL - is 2 layer fabric construction with dense foam in between fabric layers on front part of main pouch, its very durable and way stiffer, giving it hard shell feel. This makes the pouch stay open and prevents it from folding/sagging under load. It becomes harder to compress the pouches to fit through small gaps and a bit more difficult to pick up tools/fasteners from the pouches. This might be advantage for concrete form work, framing, exterior siding or anyone who might be carrying heavier loads and works in open spaces

LEAD TIME - due to nature of custom orders, there is no stock of products, everything is made upon order. Lead time can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks until products are made and shipped. You can get estimate lead time reaching out to TRU GEAR on social media.

BELT SIZE - Belt size given is of padded part of belt, actual belt is longer. Rule of thumb for choosing a belt size is going 10 - 15cm 4 - 6" smaller than your waist. This allows for good fit through the seasons with different layers being worn. If you already own a toolbelt that has good fit, use that for reference, if not measure your waist at the level you want to wear your toolbelt with something flexible.

COLOR THEME - there is quite a few colors of CORDURA fabric, webbing and COBRA buckles to choose from when ordering your toolbelt. I recommend choosing of up to 3 colors that would match well together. You can be specific about what you are looking to get or let me design the theme around your picks. General idea is to have lighter colors inside and darker outside for the practicality reasons. While I try to keep stock of materials as stable and wide, certain colors might run out without possibility to restock them. In this instance you would be contacted for a updated color scheme.

RECYCLED OPTION - when making toolbelts I end up with quite a lot of fabric offcuts that are too small to use for most parts, while being the same high quality as every other part of toolbet. Sewing them together allows me to reuse them for certain low stress parts of toolbelts without compromising on strength and also reducing waste. I am only using colors that match the color theme being ordered, so no compromise on the looks. This option might not be available if there is no offcuts in required colors

FIXED/REMOVABLE - this options lets you choose how the outer fastener pocket is attached. Fixed option is sewn on for maximum strength. Removable option is available only for outer fastener pocket
